WLCI's training methodology is poles apart from other institutions in the country. We believe that our students are our biggest ambassadors and industry our prime consumer and thus, our entire training methodology is both "student-centric" as well as "industry-centric" which makes every student the focus of our attention.
Our methodology encompasses the universally acknowledged 'KSA Triad', which addresses Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes. We recognize that in order to create successful industry professionals and responsible global citizens; each element of the triad is equally important in terms of development of competencies for life.
Knowledge
For education to be truly meaningful, it must ensure that the knowledge you gain is current, relevant and contributes to your career growth. It must align itself to the needs of the industry and be easily adaptable to real work environment. Thus, our entire curriculum is designed with the help of industry experts keeping in mind the current demands of the industrial sector and is supplemented by professional skills.
Skills
Apart from knowledge and technical skills relevant to your specialization, we arm you with a host of other skills including effective communication and personality, goal-setting, planning and organizing, time and resource management, conflict management and negotiation skills. These skills are not limited to those applicable in the boardroom but include "life-skills" as well.
Attitudes
We also train you to develop positive and proactive attitudes such as perseverance, adaptability, integrity, personal effectiveness and the ability to impress people. A positive attitude is essential in maintaining a good "work-life balance" and helps you effectively solve different and often difficult situations that you would encounter in your life.
