Higher Certificate II |
 The programme aims at teaching you fashion designing at an advanced level. You will also develop entrepreneurial skills and direct your creativity to produce a design collection of your own. Throughout the programme you will be provided a traineeship in the Fashion industry where you will be able to apply knowledge and skills learnt in the classroom at the workplace.
You are introduced to advanced draping techniques and develop a variety of garments using dress forms. You will learn how to prepare pattern charts, cost sheets and create samples. We also teach you to apply and adapt grading principles to master patterns.
Your programme culminates in a major project on a self-determined theme in which you develop a range of garments based on fashion predictions and trends to showcase your original, innovative design ideas. This collection will be judged by a panel of fashion experts and presented in a widely publicized Fashion Show.
