Foundation Certificate I

This is the first step towards your goal of becoming a business professional. The programme is designed to build a strong foundation in the basic knowledge, skills and attitudes required for you to face the challenges of working in the Industry.

Business Environment

In this module you will be given a broad perspective of the business environment and will be introduced to concepts of PESTLE (political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental). You will also learn the basic processes that are applied for making business decisions.

Basics of Research & Analytics

Research & Analytics is a core module in which you will focus on the various tools of research and analysis and business metrics. You will also be introduced to analytical frameworks used in business.

Basics of HR

In this module you will be provided with a foundation in Human Resources. You will understand the basic functions of the HR department in organisations and the responsibilities of a HR manager. You will also develop an understanding of the behavior of employees within organizations and the different approaches to employee management and leadership. This module will introduce you to the procedures and practices used for recruiting and selecting suitable employees

Cutting Edge Level I

In this module you will develop language and personality skills, develop understanding of time and resource management. You will attend personality and grooming session and be trained on interview skills. Apart from regular workshops, you will attend a Cutting Edge Camp which will take you on an intensive journey of self discovery and personality development aimed to groom you for the business environment.
