Mr Amit is currently the Vice President – Product and Market Management with HSBC Securities Services. He has over a decade of
in-depth and diversified exposure across major corporate and leading banks in the field of trade services, cash management,
sub-custody and derivatives. With cross functional experience in finance, risk, operations, product and market management for
cross border and domestic clients, Amit has comprehensive knowledge about the environment in which business operates.
Amit is a honors graduate in commerce and accountancy from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta and has qualified as a Chartered Accountant,
Company secretary and GARP Certified Finance Risk Manager.
Mr Bhinde is a seasoned banker with exposure to the banking and software industry in India and abroad for
about three and a half decades. In his last assignment, he worked as the consulting head – Banking & Financial Services
with Datamatics Global Services Ltd., a global software provider.
His vast business exposure spans over Retail branch Banking, International Banking, Risk Management, Business Process Re-engineering,
Software solution development, cyber security etc. He is the recipient of the most prestigious award in the Indian Banking industry,
the Lord Aldington Banking Research Fellowship in an open competition among all bank officers in India.
Mr. Vivek Gupta is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has done is a Bachelors of
Commerce from University of Delhi. Mr. Vivek Gupta is partner in the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
He has considerable experience in mergers, acquisitions and business reorganizations, domestic as well as multi -jurisdictional,
having participated in a number of cross - border and domestic transactions across diverse industries.
His specialist focus is on the media, telecom and IT/ BPO industries. He has advised a number of domestic and multinational
companies on complex transactions which involve acquisitions, mergers, disinvestments and other business reorganization and
brings a blend of strategic, financial, regulatory and commercial skills to such engagements.
He worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen prior to joining BMR in 2004.
