Coaching marks the culmination of the assessment cycle. Through a one-on-one interaction with the student, a WLCI Coach is able to identify areas of improvement in the overall performance of a student. By identifying gaps, the Coach charts out a road map to help remove the road blocks that are hindering the professional and personal development of a student.

" Personally I feel that the Indian education system is flawed in its very nature of training and assessments. When I joined wlci I was suffering from a low confidence regarding my talents, skills, etc. I knew where my interests lay but I was not sure in which direction I should have focused. Thanks to our regressive teaching system, I think many Indian students face these problems.
Anyway, after joining the institute, I gained some confidence due to the support provided by my mentors. I won’t say I am 100 % there in terms of confidence, but now that I am working with a nice company and earning a good salary, I can see myself developing further. I think wlci is a nice place to study at. Their teaching system is more profession oriented.
