Mr. Cabral graduated in Science with Microbiology and Chemistry from St. Xavier's College and came First in Bombay University. He did his Master's in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and enhanced his Career with a Postgraduate specialization in Management of Human Resources from the Xavier Institute of Management.
He has worked with the Dalmia Group, Rama Group of Companies, Thackersey Group, and International Group of Companies for more than 30 years.
Presently he is The Director-Human Resources with TOTAL SOLUTIONS, a Human Resource Consultancy Organization retained by number of Global and Indian Organizations handling their Selection, Training, Restructuring, Talent Management and HR endeavors.
Ms. Sujaya Banerjee is a post-graduate in Management Studies and holds a Doctorate in Business Policy & Administration from the University of Mumbai. She started her career with Godrej Soaps Ltd and later took a sabbatical to participate in Rotary International scholarship that took her to Brazil and the United States where she had the opportunity to work in the HRD functions of leading organizations such as Nestle, Dupont, Volks Wagon and General Motors. She worked for ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) as Head of HRD. She was responsible for setting up several development initiatives including Performance Management systems and Quality Management Programs.
On her return to India she joined Lowe Lintas & Partners as Sr. Vice-President HRD and Personnel and was responsible for introducing several path-breaking HR initiatives to reinvent the HR function and drive Employee Engagement. She then moved back to the Oil & Gas Industry as Director HR & Administration at British Gas Exploration & Production India Limited.
She is currently Chief Learning Officer with Essar Group overseeing Learning and Organizational Development for their Group companies- Essar Steel, Essar Oil, Essar Shipping, Essar Construction, Essar Power, Essar Telecom and Aegis the Essar BPO.
Mr. Anjan Bhowmick is BSI, LLB, Symbiosis Law College, MPM, Symbiosis Institute of Business Mgmt (SIBM), FPM, Academy of HRD Ahmedabad.
He is currently the Director -Human Resources, The Hershey Company. He has been associated with ITC as a divisional Manager, HR (FMCG), Lafarge India Pvt Limited as Dy. Manager HR and Associate Manager HR with Sterlite Industries Limited (Vedanta).
He is a Certified Competency Developer by Carlton Management Institute. He has participated in the visioning workshop at the Lafarge Vision Convention in Paris and Compensation workshop by Hewitt Associates to gain familiarity of the IPE system.
Mr. Ajay Devraj is MA (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from TISS.
He is currently the Senior Vice President, Welspun Group. He has managed the entire HR spectrum at Corporate, Business and Unit Levels across multiple industry types and multiple locations within India and abroad.
He has experience in Strategic HR, OD, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Life Cycle Management, Compensation and Benefits administration, Industrial Relations, Legal Matters, Corporate Relations, Welfare and General Administration
He has worked on consulting assignments for Hero Honda Motors India Limited, ITC Limited, Hindustan Unilever Limited, CDR Hospitals Limited, and Dinshaw's Dairy Foods limited, amongst others.
Mr. Harish Govind holds a Management degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from TISS, Mumbai. He completed BSc from St. Josephs College, Bangalore. He is currently the Head - Learning Management at Larsen & Toubro Technology Services. Before he joined L & T, he was the Vice president HR at Blue Star Ltd. where he handled the global HR Administration department. He has previously worked with ICI India Ltd., ACC and PCS in various capacities in the HR function.
He is Master of Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He is also a graduate in Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Pune.
Mr. Vinod Khisty has experience of more than 30 years and he is presently the Dean - L&T Institute of Project Management. Prior to this he was heading the Human Resources function with Siemens and also worked as Chief of Human Resource Management with L&T Infotech Limited.
He had the opportunity to work on engagements which dealt with human resource implications of carving out a business into a separate company, integrating multiple companies into one entity, re-organizing into new business units, combining the Human resources function across multiple companies with outsourcing of transactional HR functions to achieve G&A optimization, implementation of People Capability Maturity Model, etc.
He has done MBBS from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, Post Graduation in Training & Development from ISTD and PG Diploma in Tropical Medicine from Bangkok School of Tropical Medicine.
Dr. Rakesh Mehta is a medical doctor who moved into the exciting field of HR 20 yrs back. He traversed the journey from being HR Trainer to HR Operation and finally in strategic HR role. He has worked with Welspun, BILT, ITC, Agrotech, STP Ltd, Bharti Airtel, Ispat Industries and Reliance communication. Currently he is the Managing Director at Indus Human Capital Consultants & Executive Coach.
Dr. Asit Mohapatra is a Production Engineer. He has done his post graduation in Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and PhD from Aligarh Muslim University.
He has 32 years of work experience in the areas of Human Resources Management, Quality, Industrial Engineering and Employee Relations in reputed Indian and Multinational Companies. He has been responsible for the HR functions in various Industry segments like Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food Retail, Information Technology and Financial Services.
He has worked with Tata Motors for fourteen years since 1980. He has worked for ICICI Bank as Vice President HR. Subsequently, he joined the multinational pharmaceutical company, Parke Davis, as Director- Human Resources. He also worked as V P HR and Quality with Blue Star, Sr. Vice President HR with Jubilant Organosys and Sr. VP-HR for Reliance Retail Ltd.
Presently, he is working as Director HR-Textiles at Raymond Ltd. He is responsible for the HR functions of eight manufacturing units, Sales &Marketing Division and International Business covering more than 11000 employees.
She has Master's Degree (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from TATA Institute of social sciences, Mumbai. She completed bachelor of commerce (Honors in Business Management) from Guwahati Commerce College, Guwahati.
She has attended MBTI Certification Training, MBTI Certification for Team Intervention & Coaching, and MBTI Certification for Type Dynamics in CR. She has been with ABN AMRO since 1996.Currently as VP & Head Learning & Development, India, she is responsible for all Learning & Leadership strategies, business partnering and learning initiatives for all business in India.
She has worked with Hindustan Petroleum, erstwhile ESSO, from 1987 to 1996.She was responsible for development of functional training programmes and behavioral training, all facets and activities of HR and Personnel in a multi union situation, manpower planning, policy making and implementation of all Compensation & Benefits related activities.
An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, Mr. P.K. Patro is currently Head of HR with TCE Consulting Engineers Limited.
He has over 20 yrs of rich experience of heading business critical HR roles in Orissa Synthetics (a J K Group company) and Larsen &Toubro.
Mr. Patro has championed every HR sub-system. Dedicated to the concept of HR professionals being true partners with business leaders, he has played an active role in bringing Human Resource Management to the centre stage in management context, and a direct connection to the bottom line.
Mr. V Ravi is a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from College of Engineering, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and Industrial Engineering from Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE) Mumbai. He has done his Training & Development programme from Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) New Delhi and Business Management from All India Management Association (AIMA) New Delhi. He is a Certified Value Specialist (CVS) (one of India's 20) - Society of American Value Engineers (SAVE) International- USA.
He is currently the Vice President and Head( Learning & Development) at Reliance and has been previously associated with L & T, Voltas, Reliance Industries and Steel Authority of India.
Ms. Kineree Shah is currently the Human Resource professional with Reach Manpower Consultants. Prior to it she has worked with Reliance communication as Deputy Manager HR where she was looking after Talent Acquisition and operations for Maharashtra and Goa circle.
She is a Post Graduate in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources.
Her strong inclinations towards people development lead her to enroll for a diploma program in Training and Development.
Mr. Tangaraj has a total experience of 15 years in consumer durable and service industries. He has developed expertise in the area of Talent Management, Performance Management, Change Management and OD initiatives.
Currently he is the Group Head - Human Resources at Essilor India. Prior to this he was heading the Talent Management function of Thomas Cook which broadly covers Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Organisational Development. He has worked for companies such as Hindustan Cargo, AFL Private Limited, DHL Worldwide Express, Aristocrat Marketing Limited and Mirc Electronics Ltd.
He has undergone Management Development Program at IIM â€“ Ahmedabad and training programs at â€œZENGER MILLERâ€ â€“ A frontline Leadership Programme. He has done M.B.A. in HR & Marketing from Loyola Institute of Business Administration
Mr. C B Tiwari is a Science Graduate, with a Bachelor's degree in Law and Master's in Labour Studies.
He has varied experience of over 24 years in the field of HR and IR. He commenced his career with Petrochemical industry and subsequently moved to Pharma Industry.
In early 1990's, he joined the Aditya Birla Group in their Fertilizer Business. He has handled various assignments in Corporate HR and Carbon Black Business. For the past two years he is in the Cement Industry as a Chief People Officer.
With a rich experience in various businesses like Petrochemicals, Pharmaceutical, Fertilizer and Cement and an interaction with various cross-section of people, Mr. Tiwari firmly believes that managing people is an art and â€œBuilding Credibility with People is the key to Success for any organizationâ€.
Mr. Ashish is responsible for overall Human Resource functions including Manpower Planning, Human Resource Information System, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits.
He is currently the HR-Head with Birla Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. He has earlier worked with Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd., JP Morgan Chase, TATA SKY Ltd., HSBC Bank, Parekh Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd.
