Mr Shantonu is currently the Vice President - HR at NITCO Limited. He has an extensive experience of 25 years in various HR verticals while working in different organisations like Bata India, Mc Dowell, Voltas, Eternit, Tata Chemicals Bombay Dyeing and NITCO. During his career he has been instrumental in ensuring improvement in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations in various organisations. He is also responsible for designing and implementing a robust Performance Management System, restructuring the compensation, reward & recognition policy and introducing Performance Linked Pay Scheme. He has done his PGDBM from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
Mr Shubhankar is currently VP at Reliance HR Services & NIS Sparta. He has 15 years of experience in sales and sales training. He started his career as the National Sales Manager with Kimberly Clark Lever and thereafter worked as the Sales Manager with Hindustan Lever Limited. Based on his sales experience, he moved on to the domain of sales training & Development. He specializes in capability building of Sales force.
Manatosh is a Management Post Graduate with specialization in Finance from BHU, Varanasi and is a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Social Work and labour Welfare from Calcutta University. He has around 35 years of experience in HR and IR out of which last 15 years has been at Strategic Level as part of Top Management. He started his career as Management Trainee with SAIL in 1975 located at Durgapur and then joined CESC at Calcutta in 1980 as Plant HR Head. He had a long stint with NTPC from 1983 to 1995 in various capacities in the plants including Plant HR Head.
Manatosh made a switch to Private Sector in 1995 as Corporate HR Head in DLF Power Ltd., then with Mitsui Babcock Ltd. in 1998. In 2000, he joined Samtel Color Ltd. as Head HR. Currently he is working with Siddharth DCM Shriram Group as Group HR Head.
Mr Manoj is a Human Resource professional, currently working as Head - Human Resources at Ador Welding Ltd. Prior to this he was associated with Tata Teleservices as a part of HR Leadership team and Samsung Electronics for over 10 years in multiple roles at the managerial level.
He is proficient in handling end to end HR activities for a large work force. During his career, he has been involved in designing HR Strategy, managing Change, designing Organisation Structure , PMS, HR Policies, Learning & Development Frame work ,Talent Management, Employee Benefits etc. He is a Certified SHL Recruiter, a Certified International Trainer and a Certified Six Sigma Black belt. He has been awarded the â€œBest Employee of the year â€“ 2004â€ for contribution to Business.
Sanjiv has an extensive experience across Corporate Human Resource function with multinationals and big Indian business groups focusing on Infrastructure; IT; Manufacturing and Aviation Industry.
As the Country Head - HR for Tractebel Engg, he is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Talent Development and HR Operations. In his previous assignment, he was the Head Talent Management for Delhi International Airport, GMR Group where he was responsible for delivering value to the business through planning and execution of business specific strategic & Operating HR Plans and initiatives, hiring of Talent and its retention, Culture Integration among public and private Partnership.
He has headed the HR Function in organizations like Info Pro, Info gain Inc, HCL Technologies, Escosoft Technologies and HFCL. He holds a MSW degree from DU, an LL.B. from DU and a PGD (IR&PM) from BVB, New Delhi.
