Currently the Head HR - Process Vertical at Tata Projects Ltd, Mr Pravin is a HR professional with an experience of more than 16 years. His Specialties are Compensation, M&A Integrations, HR Projects implementation etc. He has been associated with organizations like Crompton Greaves, ABB, Tata Chemicals Ltd., Alstom Power India Ltd. etc. He has done Masters in Personnel Management from JDC Bytco Institute of Management.
Mr Raj Kumar Dubey is currently CH Manger (T&D) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited. He has more than 13 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Development and training & Development. He has held the position of Senior Manager- HR at IOCL and thereafter moved on to training & Development domain in the same organisation. He has done mechanical engineering from NIT, Allahabad followed by MBA. He specialises in OD interventions and personal growth training programmes.
Mr Rajiv Kumar is currently the Head, Business Excellence at TATA Asset Management Ltd. In the past 23 years of his career with Tata group companies, he has worked on challenging assignments, both strategic and line. During his career he has been associated with Tata Steel and Indian Hotels Company Limited. He has been involved in designing the delivery of the leadership and management activities for ensuring the business excellence at various levels in the organisation. He has the distinction of creating employee engagement and talent building training programmes in the organisation for ensuring consistent high business performance.
Ms Ruth Singh is currently The Head HR at Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd. She is a Post Graduate in HR from TISS and has subsequently undergone a number of management development programmes and Certifications in HR. Thereafter, she sharpened her skills in handling all aspects of HR in ACC where she worked for 12 years. Subsequently she performed various functions as teacher; facilitator and consultant. She also had a 4 year stint in a FMCG and Pharma company which gave her a good insight in motivating front line sales personnel and the marketing and branding aspect of HR. In the present position she works closely with the business to chalk out the HR strategy, find the right talent, engage and motivate the team, create individual development plans so as to get the best productivity and effectiveness from our Human Resources.
Mr Sai Chandran is Head HR Business Partnering - Financial Shared Services at Vodafone India Services Pvt. Ltd. During the last 16 years he has worked with Business Leaders to create Human Capital Strategy in various shades of organisations which includes Designing, Staffing, Talent Management, Employees Engagement, Change Management etc. He has been associated with companies like IBM Daksh, Idea Cellular and Vodafone. During the last few roles he has used a unique blend of corporate experience and invaluable insights achieved through engagement with Psychology, Psychotherapy & Counselling, Competency Sciences, and Alternate Medicine Practices.
He is a certified Assessor for Assessment and Development Centers from XLRI, Certified in Designing Assessment & Development Centers & â€˜Workshop on Psychometric Testingâ€™ by T.V. Rao Learning systems. He is also a Certified Assessor for Thomas Profiling from Thomas International, U.K
