Once you register into any of the Professional level programmes offered by WLCI, you will be eligible to enroll into our Traineeship Programme. You will then be informed of the names of the companies where you may apply for a traineeship. This will depend upon your chosen area of specialisation and the profile required by the organisation. You will then be shortlisted for an interview. The Corporate Services team will train
and guide you to prepare for the interview. On selection, you will enter into an agreement with the concerned organisation regarding your traineeship profile, timings and the stipend that you will receive from them. The stipend varies in different organisations and also from city to city. You can expect to be paid a stipend of
Rs 5000/- to Rs 10000/- per month.
During the traineeship, your performance will be assessed on a monthly basis by both your Industry manager and the WLCI trainer. During this period, you will also attend daily workshops from 8 am to 11 am through the week and carry out assignments as required in your programme.
