The Media School of WLCI has responded with enthusiasm to this vibrant Media scenario in the world. The course content of the 9-12 month progarmme is structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of different media and media production techniques. It is especially designed to nurture talent and equip students with specialist professional skills to enter a Media stream of their choice.
Course Aims
The course provides students with an encouraging environment for academic learning, professional skills development and experimentation. The emphasis in the course is on building a sound foundation in research, analysis and writing skills and then moving on to provide technical, practical and creative skills. Students are given a sound understanding of organizational structure of the Media industry and marketing as well as media laws and ethics. In the final year they can choose from four different specializations, namely Journalism, TV Production, Radio and New Media
