 Mr. Vinay Pasricha - Chairman
Mr. Vinay Pasricha - Chairman An Engineer from Punjab Engineering College, Mr. Vinay Pasricha laid the foundation of WLC College in 1996. He has been instrumental in fostering Industry led education in the country. He has played a crucial role in matching the Industry requirements with student aspirations through courses and the unique traineeship program, which are the core strengths of WLC College. Under his leadership WLCI has achieved exponential growth and is now geared to become one of the largest private sector educational institutions.

Mr. Pasricha stresses on a high level of professional skills, blended with high quality output. Among his responsibilities, he has been working to shape the organization's academic profile, to articulate its quality policies and standards and to establish an approach to the development of human capital.

A very successful entrepreneur, Mr. Pasricha also runs organizations dealing in Software, Training and Research & Development. His current interests lie in creating a pool of high quality trained executives for the Industry.
 Lieutenant Gen Krishna Mohan Seth - Advisor
Lieutenant Gen Krishna Mohan Seth - AdvisorLt. Gen Krishna Mohan Seth is a distinguished, academically brilliant and decorated Army Officer, who retired from the Indian Army on 31st Dec 1997. Based on his meritorious service and excellent track record he was nominated by the Government of India as the GOVERNOR (Constitutional Head) of two states of the country. He was the Governor of Tripura from 22nd Jun 2000 to 1st June 2003 (Legislative and Executive head of the State) and Governor of Chhattisgarh from 2nd Jun 2003 to Feb 2007 (Legislative and Executive head of the State).

Before retiring, he held the noteworthy position of Adjutant General of India Army and his significant contributions were:- As Chairman, Army Group Insurance, monitoring and providing direction for management and deployment of private funds to the tune of 3500 crores; As Chairman, Army Welfare Housing Organization, planning and providing directional support for development and execution of integrated Housing Projects in 23 towns including Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Bangalore, Calcutta and Secunderabad; Planning and Budgeting of Pay and Allowances of the Whole Army (Cash flow Rs 8000 crores); Formulating and piloting the 5th Pay Commission till the final award; Responsibility for forecast, selection and enrolment of 2000 officers and 60,000 soldiers every year; Responsibility for the discipline and vigilance against corruption of the entire Army; Responsibility for maintaining cordial labor relations among 3 lac Defense Civilian employees; Responsibility for morale and welfare measures of the Indian Army; Human Resource Development through Army Public Schools (104 Schools) and Vocational Training Institutes. He is also the President of Foundation for Aviation and Sustainable Tourism (FAST), New Delhi, Strategic.
 Prof. Raju Vir
Prof. Raju Vir Prof. Vir brings with him strategic and operational perspectives to ensure organizational effectiveness and has used his domain knowledge and expertise in contributing to various organizations, while improving the accountability of the function by strategizing Human Resource as a major contributor to overall business growth. Prior to managing "Value Adding Consultants", Raju Vir was the Vice President - Human Resources, Agro Tech Foods Limited (ConAgra - India), from 1999 to 2002. His contribution towards the growth of the Company stemmed from his expertise in managing change and creating an impact on the direction of change. Prior to his appointment at Agro Tech Foods Limited, Raju Vir was Director-HRD and on the board of one of the Turner Morrison group of companies, New Delhi, where he invested five years in strategy formulation for the effective development of HR. He also has experience in Ballarpur Industries Limited where he was Assistant GM - Management Development (Head of Training), DLF Universal Limited where he was head of HR and DCM Limited as an Assistant Manager - Personnel. He has been passionately involved with mentoring and coaching of senior executives for various reputed organizations like Pepsi, Dupont, Welspun, Hewitt, Airtel, CARE, Induslogic, Sony, HCL, Hero Honda, SIXT, Avaya, Schneider, Taj Group of Hotels, ONGC, The Ashok, CareerCruise, etc, to name a few.

Presently, he is on the Board of Magpie and Advisor to WLC College. To enrich his knowledge and expertise in a wide array of HR functions, Raju Vir has been actively involved with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as Convener - People Development and Corporate Governance Panel, State Counsel Member of CII, Andhra Pradesh and Core Committee Member, on HR, as Chairman of Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) and is an active member of National Grid Network. He has done his Organizational Development Certificate Programme with NTL, USA. He is also a Professional Member of NTL. He has been associated with IIM, FORE School of Management. Raju Vir holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Class of 1983) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Bachelor of Law Degree from Delhi University and Bachelor of Science Degree from Meerut University. He is also a Qualified Lead Assessor and a trained process worker by ISISD & ISTD.
 Mr. Sushil Bahl - CFO
Mr. Sushil Bahl - CFOMr. Sushil Bahl has more than 22 years post qualification experience. He is a fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a qualified Company Secretary since 1984. He worked with large business houses in India before leaving for Saudi Arabia where he was attached with one of the most renowned groups from 1997 to 2003.

Mr. Bahl started with WLC, 6 years ago as CFO of the group. His contribution in the field of Finance, Taxation and Commercial has been exemplary resulting in his induction as a member on the Board of Directors in December 2007. He has also been instrumental in bringing foreign equity in the company. His contribution towards the growth of the group has been tremendous.
 Ms. Malobika Sen Gupta - CEO
Mrs. Malobika Sen Gupta - CEO Ms. Malobika Sengupta is one of the founder members of WLC College India and has been associated with the organization for over a decade. Under her dynamic leadership WLC College has established itself as a leading Institute of further education which provides opportunities, promotes excellence, and inculcates a culture of lifelong learning.

Self motivated, highly focused and disciplined, Ms. Malobika is a seasoned manager. Her vast experience in managing business functions has helped WLCI to grow exponentially. She manages academic and organizational responsibility with equal ease. She has nurtured a strong academic faculty and has guided the expansion and marketing strategy of the group in India. She is poised to take WLC College India to the next level of achievement.
 Mr. Brahm Sharma - Director (South)
Mr. Brahm Sharma With B. E. (Mech) from Regional Engineering College, Jaipur and MBA from Western Illinois University, Macomb, USA, Mr. Sharma brings with him an extensive experience of 30 years. He has senior level Corporate experience in various areas of Plant management, including Marketing. He has worked with global companies like Dole, Emerson Electric, AlCan, and Continental Boilers and Indian companies such as Advani Oerlikon, ICL and Kirloskar Electric including his stint as the Chief Executive of a Kirloskar group Company. He has been the key driver in designing and implementation of the business course curriculum for WLCI.

He joined WLC College ten years ago and is now the Regional Director, Bangalore campus. Mr. Brahm is also the National Academic Head of Business studies and is responsible for all aspects of academic delivery of all Business Economics programmes at UG/PG level.
 Ms. Deepti Baveja - Campus Director - Delhi
Ms. Deepti BavejaMs. Deepti Baveja is presently working as a Campus Director & National Academic Head of Department of Advertising and Graphic Design at WLCI School of Creative Arts. She holds a Master's degree as well as a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts from Delhi College of Art, Delhi University. An MFA Gold Medalist from Delhi University, she was recommended by College of Art, Delhi to undertake workshops and projects in the Royal College of Art London, UK.

She was also empanelled as specialist lecturer with the Dept. of Technical Education for Art colleges and institutions. She has 23 years of experience in advertising. Prior to joining WLCI, she was working as Creative Director and Design consultant and has worked on leading brands like Tata's, Godfrey Phillips India, Dabur, HMV, ITDC, Nestle, Delhi Tourism, Kerala Tourism etc.

In June 1998 she was appointed as Head of Department of the WLCI School of Creative Arts at Delhi. Since then she has been instrumental in setting up design schools in Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Kathmandu. A creative thinker she has been instrumental in giving the course, industry focus critical to professional training. She is an active member of Indian Design Alliance Institute (IDAI). Her interest lies in the area of idea generation and thinking out of the box.
 Ms. Bulbul Chowdhary - Regional Director - West
Ms. Bulbul ChowdharyMs. Bulbul Chowdhary graduated from Delhi University - Botany (Hons), where she was a university rank holder. She completed her post graduation from NIFT-New Delhi and was adjudged all round topper. Subsequently she worked with top American Buyers-Ralph Lauren, Liz Claiborne, Donna Karan, and Calvin Klein amongst others.

Having worked with the garment industry and as faculty at NIFT, she subsequently joined WLC-Delhi as a faculty member. Over the years she took over as Head of Fashion School, WLC and Regional Director-West, taking charge of 7 campuses and 3 offices in the west.

Ms. Chowdhary trained as a certified Applied scholastics trainer, as a part of WLC, and also completed certain programmes of the Landmark curriculum for living.
 Ms. Sangitika Nigam - National Academic Head - Media
Ms. Sangitika NigamMs. Sangitika Nigam is an Economics Honors' Graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication from IIMC, Delhi. She has 25 years of professional experience in the Media as a Documentary film maker and has directed, scripted and produced numerous films for the corporate sector, TV channels and the Government of India. She has worked on numerous film/video/photographic documentation projects in India, UK, USA and South East Asia. She is a reputed art and culture archivist and has carried out pioneering work in heritage documentation throughout the country. Her areas of specialization include scriptwriting, TV/Video film direction and production and 35mm film -making. She is also a Senior Fellow of the Department of Culture, Government of India.

Ms Nigam has been the National Academic Head Media for WLC College India since 2003. She has conceptualized and conducted the UG and PG academic courses for the college at a national level. The courses have been especially designed to equip students with conceptual and hands-on skills to meet Media Industry requirements. She has also contributed greatly to the Media School by enrolling industry professionals from the Print, Television, Radio and Film Media to teach students and conduct workshops which add value to the courses.
 Mr. Sarath Garimella - General Manager Marketing
Mr. Sarath GarimellaAn MBA (Marketing) from Osmania University, Mr. Sarath started his career with Citi Financials by handling their Personal Loans department. Later, he moved to a University affiliated college for handling training responsibilities of the management students. During this time, Mr. Sarath handled and guided several research projects and consulted various businesses for better management. He is associated with WLCI for the past five years and is presently positioned as General Manager Marketing. His responsibilities include handling student relations, corporate relations and training students. Also pursuing his academic interests, Mr. Sarath is shortly going to submit his Ph.D. research report on the topic 'A study of Marketing Strategies in Indian Life Insurance Industry'.
 Mr. Mahendra Thacker - Head of Department (A & GD) - Mumbai
Mr. Mahender ThackerMr. Mahendra Thacker is a post graduate from the School of Design, Basel, Switzerland and a graduate from Sir J. J. Institute of Applied Art, Mumbai. Presently heading the Head of Department, Advertising and Graphic Design, WLC College, Mumbai, he comes to WLCI with over three decades of rich experience in the design consultancy and shares his vast resource of knowledge to facilitate the learning skills of our students.

He has been a member of the panel for designing new syllabuses for courses under the Directorate of Art, Maharashtra and has also been a Visiting Lecturer to prestigious design institutes such as NID, Ahmedabad; Sir J. J. Institute of Applied Art, Sophia polytechnic of Art and Design, Rachna Sansad's Academy of Architecture, Mumbai. Besides he has been a consultant for Design Projects in reputed firms both in India and abroad. Noteworthy among the companies wherein he has contributed towards Graphics, Murals, Aesthetics, Animation and Architectural plans are Paradigm, USA, Slimmer Body, Glendale, California, USA and Pheroze Kudianavala Group of Companies, India.

His role involves Recruitment and Faculty Training, Student Admissions and Enrolments, Coordinating and delivering the curriculum. He also contributes by devising lesson plans and briefs with Units of Learning. He takes keen interest in mentoring students, teaching Arts and Design subjects, supervising student portfolio up gradation, student internship and placement.
 Mr. Venugopal - General Manager - Corporate Services
Mr. VenugopalMr. Venugopal is a Mechanical Engineer with PGDBA in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management. He has also done his DMS from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management. Having worked with companies such as Taj Group of Hotels, Datamatics Technologies and Citigroup Global Services in the functional areas of Operations, Marketing and Quality, he has amassed immense amount of experience. He has also completed the 'Curriculum for Living' course conducted by Landmark Education Corporation and is currently pursuing their Leadership program.

Mr. Venugopal is currently responsible for Corporate Marketing and Placements at WLC College, Mumbai. He has an eye for details and is determined to take the Corporate Services Division to new heights.
 Ms. Monalisa - General Manager - Incampus
Ms. MonalisaArmed with a Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Ms. Monalisa started her career with an HR consultancy offering manpower recruitment solutions to leading business houses and MNCs. After having completed a 2-year stint there, she joined WLC College in their student placement team.

She has a 9-year long association with WLC College in various capacities and has been instrumental in setting up relations with universities and colleges in-and-around Delhi. She has been part of the Unique Traineeship programme, which has revolutionized the way professional courses areconducted. She is also the point-of-contact for relations with various international universities. Ms. Monalisa is currently spear heading Incampus, a division of WLC College that focuses on providing skill sets to college going students through short term courses. This unique educational initiative is an in-situ service where the students get all the facilities within the premises of their own college. She has, like her earlier assignments, planned an aggressive growth plan for this division too.
