WLCI professional programmes are substantially different in structure and content from that of traditional business schools. You will be introduced to the core business functions and will have the option to specialize in Marketing / Finance / Human Resources. During the programme, you will be given a thorough understanding of the processes and the skills required to become an effective and result-oriented professional.

These programmes are offered to graduates from any discipline. You will progress to the Professional level only on successful completion of the Advanced Certificate programmes. At the Advanced level you will begin with developing a strong foundation in core business functions of Marketing, Finance and HR. At the Professional level you will then have the option to choose a combination of sub professions from your chosen field. These will help you to acquire pertinent subject knowledge and develop requisite abilities required for these sub professions.

During your Professional certificate programmes you will undergo Cutting Edge training and participate in a Cutting Edge Camp. The training modules focus on enhancing negotiation, networking and social skills. You will also understand the importance of task and result orientation. During the Cutting Edge Camp you will undergo an attitudinal transformation to help you align your values and attitudes to work effectively in a professional environment. It will also equip you with a blend of personal and professional skills to meet the challenges of the corporate world.

On successful completion of your Professional level programme, apart from a qualification in your chosen field of specialisation, you will also be awarded a membership of the WLCI Professional Fellowship Programme.

Marketing

The Professional programmes in Marketing have been developed in consultation with experienced experts in the field who have given them a contemporary edge and made them relevant to the needs of a fast growing industry. As a marketing professional it is imperative for you to have a strong foundation in the core areas of Sales and Research & Analytics. These form the cornerstone of your career in Marketing. We then give you an option to specialize in any one of the following sub professions - Retail, Digital Marketing or Integrated Marketing Communication & Branding.

During your programme you will also participate in a Cutting Edge Camp which will mould your personality to meet the challenges of the corporate world. The camp focuses on attitudinal transformation to help you align your values, individual skills and attitudes to meet your career goals.

Finance

WLCI's Professional programmes in Finance have a cross-disciplinary approach. They are designed to introduce you to specific sub professions in Finance and to develop competencies in managing and carrying out financial activities in business organizations across Marketing, HR or Finance functions. You are given a thorough understanding of the Processes and the skills required to become an effective and result -oriented finance professional.

Through these programmes, you will gain a thorough understanding of core functions as well as optional professional streams in Finance such as Financial Accounting & Transaction Processing, Tax & Statutory Compliance, MIS & Budgetary Control and Audit, Financial Services, Treasury and Project Financing & Contract Management.
