The WLCI fellowship structure will grade you in the ascending order of your professional abilities. You will be awarded a Proficient level membership on successful completion of the Advanced level and a Specialist level membership on successful completion of the Professional level. You will be eligible for a Super Specialist level membership after you have gained experience of working in the industry for three years and finally an Authority level membership on demonstrating outstanding achievement in your profession after working for a minimum of six years in the industry.
