Ms. Sengupta is a marketing professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Her expertise lies in product development, brand and media management, marketing, administration and developing and implementing strategies in India and overseas. Ms. Sengupta has always excelled in academics. She won a National Scholarship and topped the PGDBM Batch of Marketing & Finance at the National Productivity Council. She graduated with an honours in Mathematics from Ranchi University and was ranked first in the university. She then proceeded to take a course in Statistics from the prestigious Indian Statistical Institute, Hyderabad. She is also a postgraduate in Marketing and Finance from FMS, Delhi. Ms. Sengupta began her career in Product Management in the building material industry and then moved on to Brand Management, Corporate Communication and Advertising. She is one of the founder members of WLCI and has been associated with the organization for the past fifteen years.

Col. Pushkar Prasad has served in the Indian Army for over 23 years and has a wide range of experience in HR and material management. A qualified instructor, he has handled several important operational, administrative and instructional appointments, including Commanding Officer of the Combat Engineer Regiment. His last assignment in the Army was as Director (Engineer Staff), Ministry of Defence (Army).

An Electrical Engineer from the College of Military Engineering, Pune he also holds a postgraduate in Defence and Strategic Studies from the prestigious Defence Services Staff College at Wellington.

Mr. Dixit is a Senior Associate with Zephyr Bangalore. Prior to joining Zephyr, he was an Associate with Macquarie Capital in New York, focusing on principal investments and financial sponsor transactions. Mr. Dixit started his professional career with the United Nations in New Delhi as the Group Coordinator for the education sector. He subsequently joined the Planning Commission of India to manage a joint UNDP-Govt. of India project on development financing. He went on to serve the Secretariat for the Indian Prime Minister's Committee on Infrastructure, where he supported multibillion dollar initiatives and transactions in the airports, highways, ports and power sectors. Mr. Dixit holds an MBA from Stanford University, an MA in Mathematical Economics from the University of Bombay and a B.Com from the Sydenham College in Mumbai.

Mr. Gideon is an M.Sc in Industrial Chemistry, a Postgraduate Diploma holder in Business Management from Wigan & Leigh College UK and a postgraduate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. He has an experience of over ten years in Marketing, Sales Planning, Strategy and Sales Training. He has successfully developed impressive partner networks with leading companies across several sectors in the industry. An effective planner and Sales trainer, he has trained many marketing and sales teams across the country. His expertise lies in understanding market and customer needs and suggest solutions to satisfy them.

Ms.Baveja has 23 years of experience in advertising. She has been a Creative Director and Design consultant and has worked on leading brands like TATA, Godfrey Phillips India, Dabur, HMV, ITDC, Nestle, Delhi Tourism and Kerala Tourism.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts from Delhi College of Art, Delhi University. An MFA, Gold Medalist from Delhi University, she has conducted workshops and projects in the Royal College of Art London, UK.
,br> She was also empanelled as specialist lecturer with the Dept. of Technical Education and Art colleges. She is an active member of Indian Design Alliance Institute (IDAI). Her interest lies in the area of idea generation and lateral thinking.

Ms. Chaudhary graduated in - Botany (Hons) from Delhi University, where she was a university rank holder. She completed her post graduation from NIFT-New Delhi and was adjudged all round topper.

Subsequently she worked with top American Buyers-Ralph Lauren, Liz Claiborne, Donna Karan, and Calvin Klein amongst others. Having worked with the garment industry she taught in reputed Fashion schools.

Ms. Chaudhary trained as a certified Applied scholastics trainer and also completed certain programmes of the Landmark Curriculum for Living.

Mr. Haldar has an experience of almost a decade in the Services Sector. He has worked at senior managerial positions in the Education, Business Processing and Knowledge Outsourcing industries. Mr. Haldar has a keen interest in corporate training and has conducted workshops for several companies and organisations, including ACC, Toyota Motors and Magma.

He graduated with a BSc. in Physics from Calcutta University and then obtained a Masters in Business Administration with a specialisation in Marketing and Systems. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Web Technologies.

Mr. Hade is an expert in Business Operations and Sales & Marketing. He has over thirteen years of experience in these domains and has worked with several organizations in responsible managerial levels including as the CEO of Pravin Khode Memorial Trust in Amravati. Besides this he has served as a Director of Venus Info Systems Pvt. Ltd.

He has also worked with Tata Infotech, NJ IndiaInvest and Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training and played a vital role in Marketing & Sales functions. Besides these his expertise lies in marketing strategy, manpower planning and selection as well as, project planning and execution. He has an MBA in Marketing from Amravati University, B.Sc. (Electronics) from Amravati University and a Diploma in Software Applications (DCPA) from Apple Computers Ltd.

Mr. Mitra began his career as a Management Trainee in SAIL (Durgapur Steel Plant) in 1987. He has a rich and varied industry experience of 20 years and has worked with reputed companies such as Eureka Forbes Ltd. Jenson & Nicholson, Khadims, Macmillan India Ltd., Ananda Bazar Patrika Group and the Indian Express Group. While in the industry he has held senior management positions in the functions of Sales & Marketing, Distribution, and Customer Relations. A self-driven and result-oriented professional, he ensured exponential growth in sales and circulation in each publication that he has worked with. He has held independent charge at both the regional and national level. He is today using his experience and versatile talent as a marketing consultant and in recruitment and professional training.

Mr. Mitra has a B.Tech (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from IIT-Kharagpur and a PGDM (Marketing) from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata.

Col. Nag has served in the Indian Army for 34 years. During his long tenure in the Army, he has served in varied capacities and has attended a large number of prestigious Army courses including the LGSC, DSSC and LDMC Courses.

He holds three postgraduate degrees, a doctorate research scholar of the University of Pune and has taken a short course in IIM-Calcutta. Col. Nag has extensive teaching and training experience, having trained thousands of middle and senior level Indian and Foreign Armed Forces Officers, DRDO scientists and PG Management students.

He is also an Accredited Management Trainer certified by AIMA.

An MBA-Marketing and a doctorate from DAVV University of Indore, he has been associated with Media marketing for more than 12 years. His has worked with Sage Publications and Sahara TV where he was involved in several product launches, media relations and brand building activities.

He has been in professional training for the past 6 years and has worked with leading Management Institutions. He has written several articles for reputed journals and attended many national/international conferences.

Mr. Subramanium started his career as a Management Trainee with Brooke Bond India and has specialised in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations (JWT International, Inter Publicity Group). He then rose to become the Managing Director of MC&A (Marketing Consultants and Agencies). He has been a Faculty and Consultant for the past seven years.

Mr. Subramanium holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in English from St. Stephens College. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Law from Government Law College. He has also completed his Troiseme Degree in French.

Mr. Purushotham is a Supply Chain and Foreign Trade veteran with over 20 years of managerial experience at corporate in India and abroad.

He has a passion for teaching and developing young minds. His thorough understanding of business processes coupled with a passion for teaching makes him an ideal mentor for large institutions that demand "employable education" for their students. His expertise has been harnessed to serve top multinational companies including Forbes Forbes Campbell & Co. Ltd., Shriram Refrigeration Industries Ltd., 3M India, Sahney Paris Rhone Ltd., Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training and others.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Bangalore University and is currently pursuing his PhD. in International Trade Logistics from Rajasthan University.

Mr. Sudhakar has a professional experience of 25 years in the corporate world. He has diverse work experience in Sales and Marketing in various business organisations of repute. These include pharmaceutical giants such as Alembic Chemical Works, May & Baker (I) Ltd., Rhone-poulenc (India) Ltd., Nicholas Piramal and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.

He is a graduate in Mathematics and a financial planner certified by LUTCF from IAIFM in U.S.A. He also has a postgraduate degree in Psychology and he is deeply committed to processes in self development and has extensive experience in training. An inspiring and successful motivational trainer he has conducted workshops in various institutions and corporate organizations.
