Malobika Sengupta
Ms. Sengupta is a marketing professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Her expertise lies in product development, brand and media management, marketing, administration and developing and implementing strategies in India and overseas. Ms. Sengupta has always excelled in academics. She won a National Scholarship and topped the PGDBM Batch of Marketing & Finance at the National Productivity Council. She graduated with an honours in Mathematics from Ranchi University and was ranked first in the university. She then proceeded to take a course in Statistics from the prestigious Indian Statistical Institute, Hyderabad. She is also a postgraduate in Marketing and Finance from FMS, Delhi. Ms. Sengupta began her career in Product Management in the building material industry and then moved on to Brand Management, Corporate Communication and Advertising. She is one of the founder members of WLCI and has been associated with the organization for the past fifteen years.

Col. Pushkar Prasad
Col. Pushkar Prasad has served in the Indian Army for over 23 years and has a wide range of experience in HR and material management. A qualified instructor, he has handled several important operational, administrative and instructional appointments, including Commanding Officer of the Combat Engineer Regiment. His last assignment in the Army was as Director (Engineer Staff), Ministry of Defence (Army).
An Electrical Engineer from the College of Military Engineering, Pune he also holds a postgraduate in Defence and Strategic Studies from the prestigious Defence Services Staff College at Wellington.

Nilanjan Mukherji
Mr.Mukherji holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and has 15 years of work experience in industries such as packaging, education and financial services. He has worked for prominent brands like HDFC Standard Life, TATA AIG and PEARLPET in the areas of Sales, Channel and Business Development. He has held senior management positions and was formerly Assistant Vice President, Channel Sales at Tata AIG Life . He has traveled extensively and has attended several international conventions in Singapore, Middle East and South East Asia and also senior management programmes at IIM, Ahmedabad. His expertise lies in channel development, distribution network development, new product launches and professional training.

Brahm Sharma
Mr. Sharma is a B.E. (Mech) from Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur and a MBA from Western Illinois University, Macomb, USA, Mr. Sharma brings with him an extensive experience of 30 years in New Product Development, Marketing, Plant Operations & Management and establishing green field projects in the industry.
He has worked with several international companies including Dole, Emerson Electric, Alcan and Continental Boilers. He has been associated with renowned industrial houses in India such as Kirloskars, Advani Oerlikon and ICL at senior management level positions including as Chief Executive with the Kirloskar Group's German collaborated company. Mr. Sharma's expertise lies in the domains of strategic management, marketing, plant management, industrial relations, human resource management and capital budgeting.

Vishal Dixit
Mr. Dixit is a Senior Associate with Zephyr Bangalore. Prior to joining Zephyr, he was an Associate with Macquarie Capital in
New York, focusing on principal investments and financial sponsor transactions. Mr. Dixit started his professional career with the United Nations in New Delhi as the Group Coordinator for the education sector. He subsequently joined the Planning Commission of India to manage a joint UNDP-Govt. of India project on development financing. He went on to serve the Secretariat for the Indian Prime Minister's Committee on Infrastructure, where he supported multibillion dollar initiatives and transactions in the airports, highways, ports and power sectors.
Mr. Dixit holds an MBA from Stanford University, an MA in Mathematical Economics from the University of Bombay and a B.Com from the Sydenham College in Mumbai.

Mir Naseem Ahmed
Mr. Ahmed has worked at various senior executive positions including as Vice-Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Lakes and water ways Development Authority where he executed Dal Lake Conservation as a part of National Lake Conservation Project by Ministry of Environment and Forest, Government of India.
He was also the Chief Town planner for Kashmir for about twenty years. He has international experience with the reputed oil company, AGIP OIL in Libya..
Mr. Ahmed is a Postgraduate diploma holder in Urban Planning Practices from University College London (UCL). He is also a postgraduate in Urban and Regional Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and graduated as a Civil Engineer from NIT Srinagar.

Ms.Baveja has 23 years of experience in advertising. She has been a Creative Director and Design consultant and has worked on leading brands like TATA, Godfrey Phillips India, Dabur, HMV, ITDC, Nestle, Delhi Tourism and Kerala Tourism.

Bulbul Chaudhary
Ms. Chaudhary graduated in - Botany (Hons) from Delhi University, where she was a university rank holder. She completed her post graduation from NIFT-New Delhi and was adjudged all round topper.
Subsequently she worked with top American Buyers-Ralph Lauren, Liz Claiborne, Donna Karan, and Calvin Klein amongst others. Having worked with the garment industry she taught in reputed Fashion schools.
Ms. Chaudhary trained as a certified Applied scholastics trainer and also completed certain programmes of the Landmark Curriculum for Living.

Mr. Datta is a management professional with more than fifteen years of professional experience in Business Development, Franchisee management and Retail management across industries like Hospitality, Entertainment and Retail. He has varied industry experience having worked with General Mills India Pvt. Ltd., Häagen-Dazs in India, Inox Leisure Ltd, Holiday Inn hotels at Ahmedabad & Agra and Hotel Hyatt Regency, New Delhi.
His areas of specialisation are Operations & Marketing. He has presented papers in several national-level conferences, and has been associated with various hotel management and MBA colleges as a guest faculty.

Wg. Cdr. Vibhas Gupta is an experienced professional with over 25 years of experience in the Indian Air Force and corporate sector. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, a Fellow of Life Underwriting Training Council (LUTCF) of the American college and an Associate Financial Planner, he is also a qualified lawyer. He was the Sales Training Head for Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. He also has several NCFM certifications, besides a PGDM (HR) from Symbiosis, Pune. Vibhas has a decade of experience in Training, Learning & Development in the Indian Armed Forces and in the corporate sector.
He is a certified trainer and specializes in Managerial, Behavioral skills, HR and Financial Markets and carries out psychometric tests and role plays in his workshops to ensure practical on the job learning.

Lt. Col. Yogeshwar Singh Katoch
Col. Katoch has served in the Indian Army till 2009. While in the Army he led critical assignments including as Second-in-Command of an Infantry Battalion, Operations Officer of an Infantry Brigade, Instructor Class 'A', Faculty of Studies, Infantry School Mhow and Training Officer in the Regimental Training Centre.

Col. Sanjib Nag
Col. Nag has served in the Indian Army for 34 years. During his long tenure in the Army, he has served in varied capacities and has attended a large number of prestigious Army courses including the LGSC, DSSC and LDMC Courses.

She has directed, scripted and produced numerous films for the corporate sector, TV channels and the Government of India. Mr. Subramanium started his career as a Management Trainee with Brooke Bond India and has specialised in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations (JWT International, Inter Publicity Group).
He then rose to become the Managing Director of MC&A (Marketing Consultants and Agencies). He has been a Faculty and Consultant for the past seven years.

Major Ashutosh Pandey
Major Pandey is Ex-Army Officer, alumnus of MDI, Gurgaon and has over a decade of experience in Sales & Marketing in the automobile industry.
He began his career in Bajaj Auto Ltd., and then entered the Army as a Short Service Commissioned Officer. While in the Indian Army he managed and monitored training and development of a multi-cultural task force.
