Vinay Pasricha
An Engineering graduate and alumni of Harvard Business School, Mr. VinayPasricha is the Chairman and co-founder of WLCI. Mr. Pasricha’s interests lie in enhancing the course curriculum by developing new and innovative training systems. Till date, Mr. Pasricha has pioneered many innovative practices in the field of professional education, which have received wide acclaim in the Industry. An innovator in the field of professional training, Mr. Pasricha has many firsts to his credit. In 1993, he launched Orange Technology-one of the first providers of ERP solutions in India, and then went on to establish WLCI in the year 1995. With his extensive experience in executive education and training, Mr. Pasricha launched a revolutionary Traineeship Program for Business students in the year 1999. The first-of-its-kind program was aimed at making professional education relevant to the needs of the employers. For the past 18 years, under the stewardship of Mr. Pasricha, WLCI has developed a stellar reputation for academic excellence in the country, and carved a distinct niche as the only Institute to offer fully Industry-integrated training to its young learners.

Ms Malobika Sengupta
A founding member and CEO of the WLCI, Ms. MalobikaSengupta has played a principal role in the establishment of WLCI’s reputation as the only Institute that offers Industry-integrated training to its learners. Ms. Sengupta brings with herself an outstanding academic record and 20 years of industry experience. A topper of her time, she graduated in Mathematics from the Ranchi University. After which she pursued a course in Statistics from the prestigious Indian Statistical Institute, Hyderabad. Ms. Malobika is a post-graduate of the renowned Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi. She won a National Scholarship and topped the PGDBM Batch of Marketing & Finance at the National Productivity Council. Ms. Sengupta has been associated with WLCI for the past 18 years. Her expertise lies in product development, brand and media management as well as marketing. At WLCI, she has been spearheading the organizational operations, formulating the marketing strategies and overseeing the management of the Institute.

Lt General Krishna Mohan Seth
Lt General Krishna Mohan Seth is one of the Senior Consultants at WLCI India. Lt Gen Seth is a distinguished, academically brilliant and decorated Army Officer. At present he has retired from the Indian Army. Based on his meritorious service and excellent track record he was nominated by the Government of India as the Governor of two states, Lt Gen Seth has served as the Governor of Tripura and Chhattisgarh. Lt Gen Seth has been associated with WLCI India for many years and has been one of the chief advisors to the College. His inputs on training and curriculum development have been invaluable to the organization. Lt Gen Seth has focused on educating and training the mentors, and has been one of the key contributors to the personality development modules and corporate ethics management processes in the organization.

Prof Raju Vir
Prof Raju Vir is one of the Senior Consultants for WLCI, India. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad; has a Bachelor of Law Degree from Delhi University and Bachelor of Science Degree from Meerut University. He is also a ‘Qualified Lead Assessor’ and a ‘Trained Process Worker’ certified by ISISD & ISTD. Prof Raju Vir brings with him strategic and operational perspectives to ensure organizational effectiveness and has used his domain knowledge and expertise to contribute to the growth of WLCI India. He has also improved the accountability of various functions within the organization by strategizing on different facets of ‘Human Resource’ as a major contributor to overall business growth. He has played a key role in the formulation of content and curriculum development of the management courses. He has been associated with WLCI College throughout its growth and has been a responsible educator and a compassionate mentor to the Management studies students.

Anamika Verma
With an experience of 20 years in the fashion and export industry, Ms. Anamika Verma, at present, leads the Creative Schools at WLC College India. Her comprehensive work profile comprises of various senior management level as well as several independent projects. Having interacted and worked with clients, buyers, designers and fashion houses of Europe and US, she brings with her extensive industry experience from the Creative Fields of Fashion and Design. Ms. Anamika attained her Undergraduate degree in Sociology Honors from IGNOU. She also holds a Post graduate diploma in Export – Import Management, Trade and Marketing from the India International Trade Centre, New Delhi. Along with this, she also acquired a diploma in Fashion Forecasting and Merchandising Development. Ms. Anamika was also certified by the Indian School of Business under the Women Entrepreneurship Program for Business Management. Ms. Anamika has worked extensively with clients and leading Fashion houses and exporters in India and abroad. Her clients included - Jones Apparel Group, Inc.{various brands, including Jones New York, Nine West, Gloria Vanderbilt, Bandolino, VAC, Jessica Simpson, Sanctuary}, Rene Derhy, Walther, Cornell Overseas, EL Corte, Oxygeno, Trucco, Jasco, Monsoon, Salola, Anokhi, Pier I Imports, H&M, Metro, Next, Esprit, Gap, FCUK, Nicole Fahri, River Island, Chicos, Karen Millen, JC Penny, Marks & Spencers, Mexx, Walmart, Target, Whistles, American Eagle Outfitters, Debenhams, Hugo Boss, Armani Exchange, Calvin Klein, Max Marra, Marina Rinaldi.
