In pursuant to the systematic approach to professional development, Coaching marks the culmination of the assessment cycle. The objective of the coaching is to help remove specific road blocks in the professional and personal development. It involves one on one interaction between the student and the coach to identify areas of improvement related to students’ proficiencies, Focus & Energy and traineeship performance.
This includes identifying gaps in performance, making action plans, creating deadlines, taking action, course correction and ensuring achievement.
Coaching Data :
The Coaches collect data from the assessment process and direct observation. This data helps the coach comprehensively understand the student from all angles.
Coaching Interview :
The interview is conducted once a quarter based on the data collected. The purpose of the interview is to identify areas of weakness and create action plans for improvement.
The coaching interview is followed up by a review where all previous action plans are discussed and progress made is noted. This helps to bring focus on outcomes of the coaching process.
Coaching helps students channelize their strengths in the right direction, unlock their potential to maximize their output and in turn become an Achiever.
